The Pee Dee LWIA offers the following question and answer received 12/09/09.
Question: Is Attachment A (Proposal Responsiveness Checklist) to be included as a part of the proposal package, even though it is to be filled out by the reviewer?
Answer: It is not necessary to include the Proposal Responsiveness Checklist as part of the grant application package. It was included in the GAR to assist applicants with ensuring the minimum criteria for responsiveness were met for their applications.
